Anyone have much luck with this? I've read that its more often done for auto x and also its more for looks and to clean up the bay and it dosnt pose reliability and easy braking. Sounds contradicting to me if you'd use it for auto x. so I rather know the pros and cons from some one who has actually done the conversion and brake delete. I want to keep my car a daily driver, I love performance....who dosnt, but I also love reliability out of a daily driven car that has potential performance. I guess for this one though, it would be for that nice clean look but dont want to lose performance in use regards to braking. At the same time I dont care to gain anything out of performance, mainly just dont want to make a regreted decision with this conversion. Input from those with experience?

That thing will in NO WAY increase performance or experience of your daily driver. All a brake booster does it multiply the pressure of your foot on the brake pedal so that it doesn't require you to be a 300lbs lineman to stop your car efficiently.

If you read the description on their website you could've answered your own question...

If you actually google civic brake booster delete and read the forums they contradict what any site tells you that would actually possibly tell you anything to get a sale....*(cough)*((cough)*"ebay" for the easiest example

Your point is revolving around the idea that you're comparing Chase Bays to Ebay? The information on their site is 100%, now I don't know what it says or doesn't say on eBay, but you can't possibly be comparing the two...

I'm not comparing products but the way two companys that are unsimilar could be similar to sell an unreliable product that I have never invested in and was wandering how others responded to their conversion before I, myself chose to do the delete conversion. Worth it to them or not. Whats so confusing about my concerning interest?

Never seen one in a civic my 5 years of autoxing. There's really no need for it for the classes civics fall into. If you just want a clean look, go for it. I doubt it'll do anything for performance...

as long as i'm not going to regret missing my factory booster. If it aint broke dont fix it, but if it aint regretable swap it.

But I can still do a tuck and shave while leaving the master cylinder alone and break lines can be polished. I might take the chance though and do the delete. Probly leed into a clutch and brake pedal conversion too following.

why not just tuck your brake lines and let the brake booster there? if your set on it then do it, but really not worth it. Could always get your brake booster air brushed or something?

Ya I think I'm going to take that route and maybe just get a nice booster or somthing and do a tuck on my lines. Seems a little more practical sticking with the brake setup good ol' Honda supplied our civics with. Thanx for the suggestions. Getting a little ahead of myself at the moment anyways.
