94 honda civic ex running lights not working???>

some please help my running lights have gone out in my ex and i dont know how to fix them all bulbs are good and guages went out at same time i tried replaceing the 19 Fuse and everytime i turn the switch on it blows. brand new light switch and dimmer switch, i rlly need help the next time i get pulled over there gonna impound my car and i cant afford to loose it

get a multimeter check to see if you have a short in the system, sounds like there is a wiring issue here. by running lights do you mean headlights, tail lights? i assume this is a night time issue right? if so please dont drive at night without lights its not safe

i have the same car with the same problem and the fuse just isnt getting power at all. the fuse is not blown or bad it just doesnt get power
