stock t25 will do, just a homemade turbo kit will get you there, of course on a tune

^^ i dont know why he says the kit is for a non vtec motor. it will bolt up to any d-series. it looks good to me. decent price too. he doesnt give you anything for fuel managment so youll want to buy something for that aspect. i only see an oil line which appears to be the oil in line, so youll need a return line and a couple vacuum lines also. everything else looks good.

if you know exactly what your after...then you can jump on a few forums to search for them and find damn good prices sometimes...i got my entire turbo kit for cheap...bought other parts for cheap too. i even believe theres someone here selling one.

no need for a BOV on a T25, i don't care what you're boosting, and that will definately shave the price. it's internally gated, so packaging is smaller.

the cool thing about building it yourself is that you can make it and keep the AC if you REALLY want to, it's just going to be quite a bit more of a hassle.

if you find a used greddy manifold it is ac compatible. just make sure it has the t25 flange. and you can still get that BOV if you want

samco hoses makes silicone t-hoses

forge motorsports makes a good 1" inlet BOV for not too much

OR

you could even get your hands on the OEM bosche BPV or porsche upgrade to said BPV
