Sounds like a faulty O2 sensor, possibly grounded out in the sensor perhaps. Should also look for the root cause of that oil leak.

ended up jacking up the car on stands and still hard to get to everything but i managed to get somewhat better visuals, let me know what...

It’s a bit of a tough spot to get to from the top and jacking up the car is a task, so i just took a video and screenshotted clear shots...
