Gone from piston's to rotary...But to back up slightly here's the evolution...

2004 RX-8 GT

She's mostly stock, but pretty fully loaded...GT and Appearance packages, everything but navi. I've added front splash guards and an Ipod adaptor, but no major plans for her. Maybe further down the road I'd like to lower it and add some summer wheels

That is an RSX wing...not an A-spec, but still for an RSX. I kept it on there for a little while, but put the original Si spoiler when I decided to sell it.

And the winning blue is definitely a lot easier to keep clean than black! But I do like the black RX-8.

I will have had the 8 for a year this august! She doesn't drive too well in the snow, but winters here aren't as bad as they are up in Chi-town. Which by the way, I was up there a few times last year...my bro-n-law lived there before he headed out to Asia, but I love Chicago! Best city in the midwest minus not having the Cardinals. But I still root for the Cubies when the Cardinals aren't on.

Nope not yet...but I am thinking about getting another tat. The wife gave me the OK since it's Hix, but apparently from his mom...the shop is doing really well. Anyway, yeah you guys should come down and check it out...sorry there's not really any other reason to visit Springfield. It's mostly used as a huge rest area for those on their way to Branson!?

And as far as mods to the 8, not really...parts for 'em are a little more $ than those for the civic! And I'm also maneuvering my way into getting a CBR next spring.

Ah, you are correct...I am "trying" to sell it, but I'm not desperate. More than likely I'll keep it. But the funny thing is that my brother saw another winning blue Rx-8 GT for sale on the west north west side of town about a month ago...he thought that was me, but I was elsewhere.

It's nighthawk...so if my memory serves me correctly, only the 99-00 civics came in NBP, but I could be wrong...all I know is that it matched my 99 Si?!?! And I'll let you know if enycesam doesn't want it!

My brother had an RX-8 for a while. I f**king loved it. That thing handled like a dream. Power was overrated out the factory but it was still pretty quick.

The only thing I didn't like about it was the shifting. For a sports car, the gear shifter felt pretty sloppy when switching gears.

The night he traded it in, he took it up to 148 on the highway around where he lived lol.
