haha, reminds me of the good ol' days....i dont think im consuming quite that much protien anymore though...still do the whey shakes, lots of turkey, chicken breasts, etc.....lately ive been trying to add more fiber....today for lunch i ate 10 slices of ham (5g protien a slice) wrapped with low fat mozzorella cheese (8g protien a slice) and 1 single slice of bread (0 carbs) and a couple carrots (i just enjoy eating them), then i moved onto my left over steak from last night (at least 30g of protien), and washed all that down with a banana cream muscle milk shake (32g of protien) =D
consuming 200g of protien a day = FTMFW!!!
