i set up customers in our systems and keep maintainance on data in the systems.. we are a alcohol distributing company for stores, beer stores, liquor stores, restaurants, events, etc.. in the lower states

today has been hella boring.. it its like that everyday -___-

well I do tech support for a third party shipping company. This week is the busiest week for truckers since of Thanksgiving food and them wanting to get home. The brokers are on their computers more and since some are computer retarded they break them more. I will let you figure out how my week is at work...

Importfan, doin tech support for retards must suck, I feel your pain! I used to work for Cingular back in the day doing tech support what not, old people have the toughest time figuring out that the phone needs to be turned on to work.

Its not all that bad. The company has a lot of restrictions on what they can and cant do if something doesn't work properly we have to fix it b/c most of the time they aren't allowed even if they know how. It just saves them from f**king it up even more. A lot of the stuff we can fix over e-mail or phone so I can sit at my desk a lot.

i was sick yesterday, and still sick toay. i called in sick yesterday, but came in today. :[ my head hurts. hoping to get some work in today and then maybe leave early. yech.

edit: forgot to post what i do: work as an analyst for the state (CA). hella dead here. all those state workers taking vacations!

That's rough, i hate it when it's slow, I have to scan through my customer base and find reasons to call or coldcall which I really haven't mastered yet.
