Recaros worth it?

Ive always kind of longed for these seats, but I never could justify spending $1000 on seats. I finally found a pair locally - he wants $700 picked up with rails (I know ill have to change them). Do you guys think this a good deal / go for it?

$700 is the cheapest that I've seen for a while.

it all depends on how much you like them ? 700 sounds pretty good I saw them for like 950 once but never again.. so i would say yeah its a good deal

their much lighter then your oem ones.
their much comfortable then your oems ones.
you wont be tossted around like in your eom ones.
you'll have a better view, no too high, not too low.
they usally go for 1k.
yea, i think for 700 their worth it.

ahhh. seats for all that money? its pretty tight looking but. really. 700? i thought we were all average joes on this site. if your bank act says yes. but i think i could find a better use for my 7 bills.

decent header back exhaust?
machine shop?

no matter what you use the 7 bills for its still going towards the car.
once again, i think those Recaros are worth it.

I've also been considering Recaros....$1200 is indeed alot of loot to drop on a set of seats, but if you think about it, they are a safety device, not to mention a creature comfort.......

I'm stil ltrying to justify making the purchase myself. Maybe If I'm lucky I might come across something with nice seats in the junkyard...... EP3? hmmmm

Damn that's the lowest I've seen them. I thought this was the DC2 ones b/c that would of been a killer deal! But since you got the CTR mirrors and gauge bezel, why not?

to tell you the truth, those seats dont look like they are in the best condition from the picture shown..seems like they have a lot of stains? dunno could just be me...personally id go for a new set of brides..i wouldnt buy recaro seats online unless they were brand new, the only way i would purchase used ones is to see them in person..your payin a lot for the seats, make sure you get what you pay for

recaros are def. baller status and would look sick in your car. The ones you pictured look a little dirty tho. but i don't think 700 is a bad price for a set with rails if you can get them clean.

when it wear down it look so nasty.........and i got 07 si i put seat covers but not for shows. bride is well worth the money even if it is 1600 for one i think but who cares about the passsenger. ( i hear people get bride for 1200)

im in the same boat too. ive always loved the seats and how they look. never sat in one but im sure id love it. but i dont know if i want to spend a grand on some used seats..some of these guys have some good points..kinda making me think twice about getting some.
next question though..which color? red or black?
