I have seen this car on Honda-Tech many many times. I have always searched for it because it is simply amazing. Later to find out he is from the same state as me! F*cking awesome bro. I do have 2 shots of this car and I'm really surprised they're not up, unless they are one of the links but these pictures are amazing. Car if I post up?

depending on the tuning, i like a dry kit better then a wet kit.
i'm sorry to hear that....

i'd take a wet kit in any appllication no matter what. there is just no reason to NOT run a wet kit if you like to do things properly.

dry kits are antiquated...the technology has moved past them. the ease of installation and low cost is what appeals to people, but the bottom line is they are lame. there are so many superior options (NXL, NX IEFI, etc) that it just doesn't make sense.

anyway, oc doesnt have the juice hooked up on this engine.

dry kits are antiquated...the technology has moved past them. the ease of installation and low cost is what appeals to people, but the bottom line is they are lame. there are so many superior options (NXL, NX IEFI, etc) that it just doesn't make sense.

anyway, oc doesnt have the juice hooked up on this engine.
look into the Hondata nitrous control, and you'll understand my reasoning. They suggest running larger injectors, and adding fuel through them via the ECU. You will also hook up the solenoid through the ECU and Hondata will only allow the spray to open when TPS reads 100% and you are at a specified RPM. Once this happens, the fuel will automatically be added via the injectors into each port. theres not much of a reason to add fuel with the nitrous if you can control it more through the injectors using the ECU.

OC- Are you only using an FMU for a means of tuning w/ nitrous?

the fueling is handled by the kit... it is hooked into the FPR.. when the nitrous is active it bumps fueling..

its ONLY not hooked up because the fire took out the braided lines... once they are replaced.. wet OR dry.. the nitrous will be back on.. and in relation to wet kit dry kit.. i ran that kit for years.. and it IS a fact that the y8 saw over 1,000lbs of nitrous through this dry kit... i agree that 70+ hp is better handled by a wet kit due to distribution.. but for a 50 shot.. i think that a dry kit is fine...

You need to come out to PA again
ha i need to replace a motor mount.. the best was when the battery died at 3am.. on the way home.. and we towed it back to the house with the tow hook and strap!.. oh yeah.. in the f**king rain.. lol that was a moment of almost giving up.. lol
