Lucky Mark. Here in Hawaii you have to get Recon sticker for certain mods to your ride. Just like Cali needs smog check. You have to pass inspection.

jonats2k, u should def get the JDM headlights while ur at it. and some spoon style mirrors. they have all that stuff at the autospecs, banawe. also, if u want carbon peices, tell him to look up zerolight tech.they make all kinds of CF stuff for EKs. foglight bezels, hoods, trunks (sedan), mugen lips, Si style lips, etc.cheap too, compared to US prices.
