yay i'm home

went to touge factory and picked up some origin 20mm single vent fenders, my buddy eric hooked me up, took $20 off the website price right away, and gave me a bunch of cool stickers

then went to kenosha and hung out for a while waiting for a guy who i was buying rear over fenders from.

he gets here and realizes he failed to mention the fenders are carbon fiber

so yea, my rear widebody is carbon fiber, pretty sick

and i got a new throttle cable, no more broken

productive day, but f**k i'm tired, been driving all day

PS. the SR got 30.8 mpg on the whole trip (370 miles) i'm impressed!
Damn! Good s**t man, can't wait to see pix,

Hooray for new axles! Thank god too. The original axles that came with the GSR motor in the white hatchie were driving me f**king bananas! Ohhhhh and a new lower control arm too! =)

but what if you break it while you're dorifto'n around a track?

on another note, hopefully i'll be able to remove my coilovers and camber kits myself. two winters with them on, i'm afraid of seeing the damage

yup. everything is still assembled so its just a matter of removing the coilovers on the car and slapping the stock suspension back on.

i'm gonna see when my dads buddy can loan us his compressor and then i gotta see if i can do it in my uneven driveway. the garage is way to small to move around for such a big job.

Get some jackstands if you can, wise $20 investment. Also try to get an alignment when you're done ASAP.

But I'm sure you already know all this hehe

I don't know if any of you are at work or what but if you're at home and have Univision, they're showing "the battle of the races" right now. Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, D.R. etc....... against each other. It just a big bash fest on there!

I love the Great Lakes!

Fish on!

salmon and steelhead are starting to run now! :D They're hitting spoons like a motherfucker, so I'm told. I'll be out on the pier early Saturday morning seeing what I can catch for dinner! I'm sure those f**kers are running on your side of the lake too.

biz do you snag fish?
No I don't but I have in the past I've also speard them f**kers!

I have a few spots, one so secret you need waders to get there  but it's a creek that comes off a river and the water is pretty shallow, in some spots at least. So shallow that you can see all the salmon and trout just chillin' there. So all I do is throw the spoon in front of the fish, see him take it and it's on like donkey kong! That's just too easy tho so I just like to go out to the pier or river itself and try to catch them there. If I do snag one I let it back. :D I use spoons or hot-n-tots for the big fish. ;)
