My headlights are all foggy and yellow-y... so yeah, how would that look in a white civic? I mean, I am getting black rims soon....

For $90 wouldn't it be worth polishing your lights and DIY black housing on em?
If you got $ to burn go for it, personally I try to make my car perform better before I spend $ on looks.

Ok thanks, I got the money, I got a lot of hours during holiday season.
I am not going to put a lot of money into my engine, next thing I am doing is exhaust, then Ill work on suspension, and that is it.
Well, I guess I am bidding in them now.
What did I do?
Nothing is ever as good as OEM, sure it'll take some elbow grease but do it yourself...and if your going to get exhaust do not get an ebay brand. If you do end up getting those lights it will be hit or miss on fitment (be sure to seal them before you put em on, they are almost guarenteed to leak)
