At a US dealer? Zero unless they find one under a shelf or something (box is big... I doubt this...)
I've looked around through US dealers for them several times and they're all out.
I make sure to mention what car they're all on, so I figure that would bee it straight enough.
I changed it anyway though.

are any of them for sale? if so, are any of them less then $600maybe they secretly have 96-98's, maybe they plan on a conv, or maybe they just love to collect...hmmmmm I have none of the lips installed, all but one are packed in boxes but I'll snap a pic later to make this official

No sir, not for sale! I am actually trying to buy a oem rear lip if you know of anyone who has one for sale??? I myself have looked too long and hard to find these after speaking w/ nofx earlier this year on HT. Countless, sleepless days of searching the web, as well as negotiating. I've bought, sold, and bought back. Now I'm for certain not for sale. Just going to stack them as I find them.

No OEM '98 lip sold in the US should cost you $600.
The only lip that was ever quoted as $600 was a lip in Holland that a friend of mine had been thinking of getting rid of. It was $350 plus shipping and customs, which brought it to about $600 (estimate by my friend) total.
No lip would actually cost $600. It was $600 shipped FROM HOLLAND. The lip was $350 plus shipping and customs.
That was the price quoted for me form my friend and then later told to yesSiR-S after I ended up buying another lip instead.
gotcha. reason i asked was because a fellow member was selling one, he quoted me $600.

yesSiR-S has been saying he was quoted $600 a year or so ago in the hopes that he can sell his lip for $500. I purchased my lip for $500 and it was brand new from Honda (purchased by a guy from Honda and then sold to me - so I'm second owner besides Honda, but it was never even mounted before).
Used lips seem to vary between $170-350.
Hearing of it and being able to link to the actual thread are a bit different.
Either way, I could say I'm listing my lip for $5,000 and it doesn't really mean that's what they sell for. I could also list it for $25 and that doesn't mean that's what they sell for.
There are no front lips in Honda any longer. Having part numbers doesn't help this. I've looked for the front lips at least three times through Honda. There are none left.
