go figure i warned someone AND removed the signature and they put it back.. i know i know.. just ASSUME that the staff is doing nothing.. its a lot easier that way..

Seems like this type of misunderstanding could be easily and quickly resolved by a follow up PM to a mod. Just a thought.
its just funny because (with all due respect) someone is ALWAYS going to b***h... either its TOO strict.. or NOT strict enough.. we (the staff) are human.. and we DO mess up.. and we do miss things.. AND we do become disinterested and move on.. such is life.. i have invested MUCH time in effort trying to stay on top of the last thing on that list... i do from time to time evaluate staff activity.. and make threads essentially calling out members of the staff to see if they are even interested in being on the staff still based on interest and how much activity.. but its a hard compromise.. what some of you may not realize is there is a VERY fine line between the wild west free for all do whatever you want, and a controlled nazi state.. neither of which is desirable.. I would like to think that we do our best.. even if sometimes that's not good enough... we are in the process of making some staff changes.. and hopefully it will breath some new life into the staff.. don't forget.. being a staff member is far from easy... it is for the most part a thankless job.. it is a job that we do for the good of the site and community.. not for anything else really..

(which should be against the TOS) and i got a infraction for 'Intentionally Diverting A Thread Off The Specific Topic' because i told someone that because of the question they asked, they shouldnt try to do it themself.what, you can't handle that?

seems like you pick and choose which things you feel are against the rules instead of the things that actually are.
