I have a charcoal grill too but I'm cooking in my garage being that it's single digits outside. But honestly....



mesquite > charcoal



mesquite is hard to find and not to mention expensive here in MI. Back in Texas, that's all I used for grilling. Chopped it by the tree and dried it myself too. How's that for man status b***h?

i use lump wood too, most of the time actually. it expensive, but worth it and alot better then charcoal.
