It is gorgeous, near mint, all original, which is why when i move out on my own in like 2 months in a no garage apt, i dont want it outside. Plus i dont wanna have to store it every winter and own 2 cars, blah blah blah etc etc...
i dont buy into that crap... cars were made to be driven.. i lived in an apartment almost the entire time i owned my civic.. and when id post on here people would ask me what my daily driver was... you can take care of a car anywhere you live.. keep a good coat of wax on it.. keep it clean.. rinse it down if its in the snow and salt..

I totally agree, i dont like show queen cars that never see the road, but mostly im somewhat afraid of what some punk kids will decide to do to it. I could always use the ONE parking pass i get for the lot and keep the monte there under a cover for the winter, and then park my daily on the street.
you do whatever your little heart tells you to do.. but that monte.. is f**king sick.. and IMO NO OFFENSE to anyone.. but civics... are a dime a dozen.. you will NOT find that car (the monte) 10 years from now if you later regret it..
Sale isnt really set, it does say testing waters. Couple questions, under a cover and in a lot (no salt on the lot) Would i still risk rust? the underside is coated btw. Also, Do you think some small bolt on mods would really affect the value? it is all original but these cars dont seem to differ in pricing stock or modded, and no one really cares that its a rare 83 versus buying a dime a dozen 86, its all the same to most.

Because im aiming for $6k for the monte and would only pay 5k max for the wagon... so itd be a 1k loss. And while the wagon is (imo) sick, its not worth a trade.
s**t, id keep the monte carlo, that thing is mint, u really want some kids moms hand me down, that he butchered up with ricetastic mods, f**k that man, your a complete idiot if you sell that m/c to get that, just my 2 cents

Like i said, monte sale is more of testing waters. And if i sold it the money would be going to A: helping with moving B: going to the hatch project. If i were to get a wagon id do everything myself anyway, euro-r swap, clean lip kit, slammed and hellaflush lol. But i probably will keep the monte. Everything depends on whether or not i can find a good job. If so ill keep the monte as my summer car, get the hatch goin this summer and ready for winter, then keep the monte parked under a cover for winter. Then the hatch becomes DD and monte is weekend cruiser.
