Why so they can rip you off? I hate stealerships

with dealerships, a carfax is always provided.

there is soooo much that doesn't make it onto a carfax. A carfax is by no means an ultimatum when buying a car. Youd rather buy from a dealer...who is out to make profit (thats it) on a car that you know nothing about vs buying a car from a forum member (a honda enthusiast) who has an entire track record/timeline of the car.

I would MUCH rather buy a used car off of a forum

If your worried about the carfax fee than dont bother buying a new car. You will also have licensing/title transfer fees ($500+)...

lol so you'd rather pay lets say 15 g's on a car cuz the dealership provides you with a free carfax or you can spend oh i don't know $20.00 or less to get a carfax yourself. buying a car from a private owner is way less cheaper than going to a dealership

^^ agreed 100% my car had a perfect carfax report yet I know it was in a front end collision at one point.

Haha yeah i love it, BTW my wheel is nardi too

but i think i'm 20k up on his, mine is prolly worth 1-2k less than his I'd guess.

i know not everything is on a carfax, i know they want to make profit, and i know it would be cheaper to buy from a private party. but, with private party, they wont tell u everything a dealer would.

my ex, is just getting worse. the cancer is really horrible. I can feel the tranny slipping, needs something done to the front axles and the trunk gets water in it when it rains.

Yeah trading leather wheel/knob for wood as well as wannabe CF center trim for wood, still bose in this

I really like the mazdaspeed Bilsteins and springs on his car they feel great.
