I don't know man, I don't see anyone emerging who could beat him. Not that much would change anyways, it never does. Politics in US=same for 200 years, different color ties. But enough about politics. Do you really think 20k is too many miles?
lol. I went to the building next door to take some pic of their lobby and got the "no paparazzi palm to the camera" I needed permission from the office of the building to take the pics.. I asked, I was denied! lol... LAME!

20k isnt necessarily alot...id say its comparable to 70k-80k on a honda.
It all depends how many owners, if its been 1 owner, 20k isnt bad. older bikes tend to be starter bikes for some people so there is some added wear and tear as people learn how to ride. It looks to be in phenomenal shape but obviously Id go check it out. Carburated bikes are really easy to work on once you've done it a few times. A carb tuneup is a really common problem and can cost 300-400 at a shop. Get some elbow grease and do it yourself : )
If you go and look at it Id check:
How easy is it to start, does the kick start work as well as the electronic ignition?
Has the owner ever let gas sit in the tank over winter? This can cause rust to form in the tank which will be sucked through (very bad, clogs up your jets).
When was the last tuneup he got on the bike?
Check for hairline cracks in the tires
How does it idle? If the carbs are in need of a retune the idle will fluctuate (idle should be steady around 1500rpms)
Id also check for excess play in the shocks, if its really bouncy (push down on the front to see if the shock is still good), same with the rear) it will probably need replacement soon
