Good start. And I like to see a girl get down and dirty when it comes to modding.
Opinions:
Finish the interior to at most 2 colors. Instead of the checker fabric, and 2 tones of grey. It would look 10x better as checker fabric and only one other color.
Consider a manual swap or engine swap if you're not against it. Auto's get a lot of flak in the Civic Community.
More Engine Mods (Yay to engine mods!) and clean up the engine bay. I personally think the designs on the intake and valve cover are freakin' cute as s**t. I'd like to see how the engine bay would look continued under that theme.

After looking at the other stuff you did, I wouldn't mind seeing the engine bay cleaned up the way the rest of the car is.
