Theres not much room...im just going to upgrade my speakers if anything, the AP1 has speakers in the doors, the AP2 has two additional speakers behind the headrests. The stock speakers aren't bad but they aren't going to rattle any windows. I think a couple Infinity Kappas would do the trick

Ah ok, well idk. I love the Civics look but not the power or drivetrain anymore, just to weak for my liking, you know.

Youre right. Its too much work. People should just stop doing motor swaps because its a lot of work. And you are a mechanic, how do you not have the tools? If you really dont, then you could take the money you would have used for an S2K for the tools. You have a driveway??? Then you have space. You dont have the skills? Learn. There is the internet out there, once you find it, it will tell you everything you need to know. Sorry if this sounds like Im being a d**k, but your excuse is just that.......an excuse. If you had said that you wanted a convertible and you like the styling of an S2K much more, thats understandable. But what you have listed are not really reasonable.

I'm not saying it's too much work to do, just too much time would be used on a DD. I work in an oil change shop, we change fluids, filters, exterior lights and wiper blades, no where near the right kind of tools, plus we dont have lifts, we have pits. Yes, I have a driveway, but its not mine and the owner wouldnt let me have a half together car sitting in it. Yes, there is the internet, but I learn better hands on. I do love the styling of the S2K and I would like a convertible. Well im going to take ur post as a post from a d**k. lol, jk. W/E, Im off to work, have fun everyone, see ya later.

no coils...just lowering springs.....ebay specials... just wanted it to sit lower, while i get all the suspension lined up....cuz she needs upper and lower ball joints, pretty much new bushings all around....so itll be a little bit yet, but ill prob run the eibach kit they have, get new lca in the rear, new a arms up front, upper and lower bars and idk...maybe pillowballs too...dont know much about them tho

psi, since the new h/g on the d in there im only pushin 5 at the moment....the day i get ready to put the h in me and my buddys are taking a vid of us blocking the wastegate and givin her hell...lol

Heims, how has the transition to top down life been for ya? Loving life with that 2000, or what?

I must say, I've never driven, or been a passenger in one. And that is one of the cars I reaally want to experience. In college I made my hobby during the weekends test driving cars. I've driven countless sports cars from new and used dealerships. But the 2000 was one of the few cars they would never let me test, despite my best efforts and sharpest savy. All I know is whenever I sat in one at auto shows, sparks flew, champange fell from the skies and a tent was pitched.
