Doesn't look much different but if the article is true about Honda up'ing the base engine from 1.8 to 2.0, maybe we'll see a 2.4 or higher Si model. Moar ponies!!! I want to see more torque too. It'd be kickass to see a V6 in an Si one day.

Now that nearly every car in the Si’s segment is turbocharged, it is possible that the Si could see its first (factory) turbo engine in 2011. If that happens, we foresee at least 240 hp for the 2012 Civic Si, and some big, wide grins on our faces.

I have seen better pictures at work. It looks completely different. Styling looks a lot like 2011 accord coupe styling. And just to clarify it is not the 9th generation, it is the mid model update of the 8th generation.

i think i speak for everyone here when i say it would be wonderful if honda factory turbocharged a new civic.

i don't think they could make 240hp on a 2.0 NA, just my .02.
