Ok, so I am waiting to start my job to save money to put into my Civic. Well, I am sick of just sitting around and not being able to do something lol. Sooooo, I decided to update my valve cover, because I think a year ago, I painted it blue. I felt like I needed to do something to my car, especially being on the site a lot now. So here we go :D (P.S. I am going to be saving for a new engine so... yeah :D)

What you guys think?! :D

Cost like $3-5 bucks for a can of high heat black spray paint at lowes or home depot.
I was gonna do that but didnt wanna spend the money and not use the rest of the paint later, until I make a poormans BBQ grill that is anyways.

Lol, How would we do the paint anyway?...

Spray the valve cover, lets say... black, then tape the letters off? and spray another color?.

Sounds fun! You see, a year ago... my friend took my valve cover off and put back on. He broke a screw/nut, what ever the f**k it is... he broke it in half, and now my engine leaks oil :(

Anyway, I should take it off sometime... Clean, Sand, Clean, Primer, Paint :D Would probably look a lot better. Also, why the hell do I have a heat shield yet, majority of cars I see don't? Any ideas?

I don't like that color at all, and it looks like a scruffy matte finish. what did you use to prep/paint it?
