95 Civic LX Sedan Build

I bought a 95 civic lx sedan earlier in june. it has 172xxx miles on it. 5 speed fresh rebuilt tranny n stock clutch. has a d15b7 16 valve nothing special. i put intake, exhaust, headers, fogs. it had aluminum American Racing rims but cleaned them up n painted them black with red calipers n drums. paint on rims are scuffed up due to new tires being put on but will repaint them in spring due to it being winter here in Sconnie. has a hitch on the back bcuz i hate having to put gas in my dads truck to haul around my quad so i use my civic to pull it around to drag n save gas. n yes i know i should take it off but i hate driving around a truck just to haul my quad. looking for some ideas but may just either rebuild my motor soon or maybe swap it out with a d16z6 or b series not to sure yet sooo plz give me some ideas...thanks n pics are coming soon

HA! ur funny n thats why i still stomp ur b18a1 off the line...lol i think we all know whos better with the clutch. n plus ur still learning on the clutch, theres some tricks i have told u about lol well see....

I have a list of what i plan on doing to my car like:

8K HIDS done

STAGE 2 CLUTCH (spring)

FULL EXHAUST(Not sure about yet may get a high flow cat first then do it)

NEW MUFFLER- DONE
DRIVER CORNER LIGHT (got hit, it blinks but dnt run as a parking light) WORKING ON IT

REPAINT RIMS/CALIPERS(SPRING)
LOWERING IT- SPRING

REBUILD MOTOR(D15B7) DONE!!! BOUGHT Z6 HEAD MINI ME SWAP (gathering parts for swap/$$$)

why do you want to rebuild it? is it running bad? if not, just drive it man, no sense in rebuilding somthing doesnt need rebuilding

well when i bought it the car sat for a year so it ran kinda crappy n i fixed it up but as i added stuff to it the motor started using more and more oil n now its using about 3/4 of a quart of it in about 2 weeks or so. plus i kinda want something with a little more pull n horse. not hating on the d15b7 motors(its been a hella good motor for me) but if i rebuild it id like to boost it but im not sure unless i swap it with a d16z6 n maybe boost it but idk for sure. i guess im just on the line between both n idk what would b better so im just asking ppl for some advice on what i should do...

Throw a swap in it JDM d15b or d16z6 or any b seris slam it get nice wheels and car will be sickk

Yeah why not just get a low milage D15b or a d16z6, if your looking for a little bit more power..

ya im will get some pics when i get it on this weekend and probably will be swapping the the head for a vtec head n replace all the gaskets.

thanks! yea she does have some battle scars but thats normal for a daily driver plus driven in winter with the snow n salt. looks alot better than most sedans around here in wisconsin. but spring im going to touch up the rims n calipers n paint my Valve Cover black with some red splatter on it. hopefully will look good.

heres my new exhaust i just got in today. Il have pics of it on my car by this weekend. ITS 4 INCHES IN DIAMETER!!!! LOL

that is without the silencer otherwise it would be like an inch coming out. cant wait to put it on n see what it will sound like.

bad new guys. the lower ball joint on the driver side broke while driving and ripped my cv axle out n broke it. plus the tire dented up my fender n smashed my bumper. its costing me like 200 in repairs. had to be towed away kinda sad seeing her on the trailer driving away
