Well, I now have three transmissions, another y8 head, and another y8 block laying around. I also still have my intercooler.
D16Y8-Turbo has now begun.
I ordered the vitara master rebuild kit from fjdistributors dot com. and i'm trying to find a z6 crank.

Funny thing happened last night. My a/c compressor exploded, putting a big hole in the side of it.
Not to dig up old bones, but let's do a massive update on this thread to show you a sort of "back from the dead" timeline
starting.... now
Before new wheels and coilovers
After new wheels and coilovers.
Because of oxidized paint, my buddy and i wrapped the roof in a flat black vinyl.
and i traded around for a CTR steering wheel
and FINALLY removed the pinstripe
and installed D2 lower control arms.

Thanks man! I just did some trading with . a friend and wound up with it. I was gonna buy it from him anyway. So, I am happy to say the least.
Guess not lol. There are a few around that look the same as that. I've been to Scotsboro to work on some cars.
