Woke up around 11, went over to my friends wife's house to fix her internet for her and hung out with her and the 1 year old for a bit, did some chores around the house, and now going to relax for the rest of the evening. Going to be a long day tomorrow at the Indy 500 in the heat.

Spent the day in the 94 degree heat at the Indy 500. Track temps were 130 and a record number or lead changes. Great race.

cleaned up my wifes nasty ass mazda, got it super clean, then cleaned up the fucus and waxed it , tinted the blinkers and painted the grill since the sun had faded it so bad

When I had the stock D15b in my white hatch, I would get 320 miles on a long trip with a full tank. With the GSR in it, I get 350/360 miles on long trips. I noticed anything past 150,000 on the speedometer is a frigging miracle with EG's. It usually stops shortly after that. You know, I never looked into it to find out if there was ever a recall on the speedometers.

When I had the stock D15b in my white hatch, I would get 320 miles on a long trip with a full tank. With the GSR in it, I get 350/360 miles on long trips. Yeah its weird with my old d15b7 and dx trans I would be lucky to get 350ish haha. But now that I have a d16y7 and a ex/si trans I'm getting wayyy better gas mileage then before. Last tank alone I was lucky to get a little over 500.

And I have no clue but I need to replace it soon I hate not knowing how fast I'm going in a new area haha. I want one with a rpm gauge anyway.

500 miles on one tank????????? Are you sure dood? Because that s**t is damn near impossible.
I use my GPS to tell me how fast I'm going and let me know of area speed limits.

I made a mistake it was actually around 485 because I still had some gas in my car. The motor and clutch was replaced at 161,810 miles

I'm being serious. I've never in my 30 years of life have ever seen a car/van/suv/truck get above 370 miles to a tank on a trip. The hell kinda tank you have in that thing? I'm baffled quite frankly in amusement. I must see this economical car of epic proportions! Is this just commuting back and forth somewhere? Or is that normal to and from home/work/school/grocery store driving?

My best friend used to get 40+mpg in his 99 civic. That was mostly highway IIRC. But he drives like a grandma. Literally. He upgraded to an 06 WRX and ended up around 400 at the crank and still got nearly 30mpg every tank and that was mixed driving. Just stayed out of boost (which is slow as s**t lol). He never abuses his cars or even romps on it much. I envy him for that.

I am trying to fall asleep before my room gets warm again with the A/C being off now. Come onnnnn sleepiness!
