So I've been thinking of trading my ex coupe for an integra. I'm not into the single cams anymore .. Any suggestions

Yea that defitnetly makes sense lol, it's just that I don't have a lot of time to do swaps nor do I have the space to do it at so I figured trading would be easiest.

i understand,its really up to you,i honestly wouldnt trade for an integra. you car looks good and looks like you have invested a decent amount of time and money into it. if anything trade up to a better car,i wouldnt trade even. but thats my .02 cents you do what you want bro just as long as you keep us posted!

i would swap it as well.
when trading even if something looks good you have no idea what could be wrong with it with your car you know everything about it and whats been done to it. You could trade it for a teg that looks good clean motor low miles and it be an electrical disaster i just wouldnt risk it being happy with the car i had if your only complinat is the sohc swap it and youll be set

Pay a shop to do ur swap. They can typically do it in a day...

Def do a swap!!! I was thinking bout tradin my civic too but after all the love I put into it didn't feel right. On my part I just rebuilt my engine and it's still going till this day with 290 on it

since you where gonna trade it for a teg i would guess its gonna be either the ls or gsr swap.

Thinking a b16 seems to be the most common swap, however I do like the b18 non vtec as well from what I have been researching its a lower compression engine that can hold a bit more boost if I chose to do so

Man, my cousin had a swap... B20b low compression bottom end with a B16A JDM Head, and ITR B18C5 valvetrain... fully built/ forged for boost! One hell of a motor! But a stock B18b makes more power than a B20b! =)

So you definetly recommend the b18b1?? Cause right now I have a sohc, just a stock d16y8

I also have a brand new turbo kit I just purchased for it, I just am not impressed with this sohc at all

I mean from what I hear you can do a lot to them but idk bro just not feeling it
