Just a new radiator, I'm gonna put a header on, and mini rims.
I've worked on one of those 944s. The turbo is the only way to go. It has low miles which is good and very bad. Good because, well because low miles duh. Bad because, it sat. Things wear down with miles and things wear down with sitting. The difference is you don't see the sitting problems coming.
Just remember it's not a Honda. Be prepared to spend more money for maintenance and upkeep.
I can't sleep and I have work in 4 hours. Took NyQuil and hopefully it'll start kicking in soon.

And one more thing it doesn't have a radio or front speakers.
