I've got my certification test tomorrow. I was kind of nervous at first since I'm very new to the culinary field but surprisingly, a lot of it seems like common sense. Like regarding sanitation and cleanliness. I just gotta lock in a few cooking temps (ones I don't really deal with) and know my bacteria's, viruses, and parasites.

Yeah sometimes I can't believe the common sense stuff they have to stress. Like don't cut raw chicken on a cutting board, and then use that same knife to cut lettuce (ready to eat food) on that same cutting board.

But managing a kitchen full of teenagers you'd be surprised all the things I catch lol

Yeah I heard about the Boston Marathon. Seriously guys? A marathon? Why can you go bomb KKK meetings that still happen in the south?

Back to bikes. I want a mid 2000s r6. Like, real bad. My boyfriend just bought his own bike so I'm going to be riding his "old" bike (which belongs to his best friend, who's amped that I'm riding) so all three of us can ride together now.

I think a car slammed into the truck, and one of the cars on the truck caught fire and exploded.

And I'm also pretty sure he was going to the dealership not even a 1/8 of a mile down the road. My uncle works there. Its called Krause Toyota.

Finally Netflixed Transformers 3, got 30 minutes from the end and gave up for now. Too bored, thinking about a lap around town instead

Too much gas and let out the clutch too fast, front wheel went up in the air and off I went. Thankfully that was on a dirt bike and not someone's motorcycle

Nice. Yeah I was leaving a light, and coming over a bridge slowly in 1st gear about 4k or so, and hit once. Didn't realize the front came up until I let off and she hit the ground

Back to bikes. I want a mid 2000s r6. Like, real bad.

600? Suzuki offers a 750 and, imo, it's kind of like the best of both worlds. Feels like a 1000 for the most part power-wise, but still light enough and whatnot like a 600. Just maybe lower whatever you get a little bit to make it more comfortable at lights and you're good

Worked and then had a food safety class. So mind numbing.

That's why I'm glad mine is good until 2017.

I'd rather buy another cab with better floor than spend a couple hundred bucks on floor pans lol. I just cleaned up the rust and painted the floors black for now haha.
