So would you say cbr 250 over ninja 250 for beginner bike?

Both will be excellent for beginner and both are well built. Personally I would recommend the Ninja only because they are more popular for the 250 models (at least around here they are) and it should, in theory be easier to resell when you want to upgrade. They are easier to market. Ninja 250 is THE most common beginner sportbike I get asked about.

Well, we met up with my brother any his friends house and parked there, and went and walked to the fair that was in town, and we came back to leave and this freaking guy was taking pictures of our license plates and telling us he called the cops, when there were no signs that said we couldn't park there and I had no clue we couldn't park there. My brother told me we could park there. The marks aren't there before we parked there. We went to sheets up the street cause I had to go the bathroom and that's when I noticed the scratches and that they were fresh because the shaving a were still there. They weren't there before we parked there, and they definitely didn't happen at sheets because we didn't even park near each other at sheez. We were parked next to each other at his friends house.
