Hello CC, New EJ6 from Dallas.

Hello everyone at CC, I've been lingering around for the past couple of weeks.
Finally decided to introduce myself to you all. Coming straight from Dallas, Tx. .
I came from iwsti.com and nasioc.com with a built daily 08 STi, it was an awesome car, but I had a daughter and needed something more suitable for her. Bought a family sized 2010 Ford Taurus SHO. Then realized the mod bug was still in me lol.
Soooooo.

I picked up this gem

A 97 ej6 all stock with tein coils and 00 front end. (Only pic I have when I got it.) For $1,800 da*m good deal if you ask me.
Needs a little love, nothing to major tho.
Clutch grips and all but has a scratchy noise when not engaged. :confused:

Other than that it'll be a clean daily.

I plan on doing a build thread here in a couple weeks. Just have to get settled.

Sucks about the front end.
I just fix my rear corner. Somebody hit it and push the rear pass side in by the wheel.

And what are your plans for her?it's a dx with a y7 right?
I turbo my y8 makes the car a lot more fun.

It was a beast too. I want to boost this D series but I know, it won't put down the same as my STi. STi was doing 420hp/395lbtq. On e85 tune.

Yea that year was good and more aggressive. My buddy has a 13' STi sedan stage 2 and a 05 wrx fully built street/autox.
So I still have some fun lol, my civic will be my daily. You can't beat $15 in gas for a whole week. Compared to $60 a week.

Y not?.my stock block and small t25 got around 190.
And I have seen 340-400hp d motors. Just gotta build them.

Also power to weight ratio.

Yea man. One of my college friends had/has (haven't talked to him in a half a year) an 07 stage 5 STI it was running about 420-500hp. He took me for a ride in it, and man that thing can haul ass.
