Jesus a lot of people are paying a lot.... I guess I was lucky when I was living out on my own for a while. I was paying 270/mo + utilities when I was living with my friend. He paid for the internet and I paid for utilities. It was kind of unfair on my part but it balanced out for the most part between winter/summer plus he chipped in a little extra during the summer when we both had our window A/C units crankin. We had the top floor of a house to ourselves and the bottom floor was occupied by his sister and boyfriend. I probably won't ever find another deal like that again.

When my friend and his fiance were living in an apartment complex, they were paying like 1100/mo but the apartment was a decent size and the utilities were practically free. The town owns and operates their own power plant so electric is dirt cheap. My friend said they ran A/C 24/7 during the summer and it barely effected their bill lol.

Hey I'm with you on that. Lol I hate that house. My parents have a nice ass split foyer home they lay 1500 a month on that I could live in, but my sister is a meth dealer that has murderers and thieves coming in and out of the house at all hours of the night so I choose not to live there. I'll never rent a trailer.

Working. I'm exhausted. I didn't sleep much. It got so hot last night and Matt generates way too much body heat. Then he tries to snuggle and I'm not about to have that.
Thinking about doing some little things on the integra. Needs a bath. Look over everything...

Give me a couple months to get my own place. Helping take care of my dad right now. Then sure. Why the hell not.
Yea man, if you're inclined to have me. I might take you up on the offer. Maybe I'll visit during winter vacation or around there.

So anyway... Now that we all know who pays what to live where..

I'm leaving for training next month (Louisiana and Texas) so I wanted to get back into shape before I left. Last year I was down to 146ish (I forget exactly) and 9.4% body fat. I'm a natural runner and usually place top 5 at every 5k I go to (Ran 23 events last year). But since I got into buying/selling Honda's I stopped running for exactly a year. Last time I turned on my running app was on July 5th 2012, a week after I moved into my current house with a two car garage.

As soon as I found out what day I was flying out, I hit the pavement again. About 3 weeks ago I was 182. Last night I hit 169 and i'm hoping to drop 10 more pounds by Aug 1 when i'm getting ready to fly out. Being fat sucks :(

So yeah... That's what i'm doing today. Losing weight :thumbs up
I feel ya there, man! I'm at 160 right now, dropped from 178 about a month or so ago. My goal is 145 ish by October, and I'm well on my way. Going to begin running/biking every 3 days again, and lifting on my off days (basically Mon is cardio, Tuesday is lifting, Wed cardio, Thurs lifting, Friday cardio, Saturday + Sunday off).

I don't want to get huge at all, just lean and strong with muscle definition.
Running is pretty hard on my knees, so I may be swimming a lot more. Keep at it man! I've completely changed my lifestyle over the past month, and I feel 10x better!

We have a messed up family. My brother's 24 no job, no license, no car, no girlfriend, nothing. Just plays video games all day. My mom just stays at home and watches my sisters three kids (she has custody), and my dad is retiring from the fire department this year. My parents are bad about just "letting go". Put it this way, when I was in middle school, I could be anywhere I wanted and they didn't have a care in the world. I actually didn't get credit for my first two and a half years of high school because I missed too many days, so instead of staying two extra years, I dropped out. :/ working towards my GED now. But enough about my life.. Lol

s*** how do you lose 18 pounds in less than a month?
It's closer to a month now, to be honest
but eating way better (rarely do I eat fast food anymore), no soda at all, a bit of cardio, staying active, and regulating calorie/protein intake. Makes a huge difference.

Before I started pounding the pavement, I bought a recumbent bike with the iFit program. If you have knee/shin splint problems, bikes are the answer! I like a recumbent because sitting on a seat for over an hour really beats my a$$! LOL.. Plus with the ifit program, you can watch google street view and feel like you're actually anywhere in the world running/biking and it self adjusts the speed/incline based on the terrain. They also have a "race" button where you can run/bike a route and race against everyone else who have also run/biked that route. It's really pretty sweet. Being that I LOVE to race, I knew it would be perfect for me. It's motivation to beat the other people on the course. Everything is posted too with results so everyone knows they are getting beat or beating someone else. The machine I bought was $500 and the ifit is $100/year. Once you're a member, you can get maps for free that thousands of other people have already created or you can buy sponsored maps. Or you can create your own maps and share with people.

So.. Currently I bike one day and then run the next. As of now, i'm not running more than 4 miles. Last year, I was averaging about 8 miles a day.

s*** how do you lose 18 pounds in less than a month?
Well... To put it simply, diet and exercise. To get down to it, you MUST burn more calories than you take in. Obviously right? LOL... For me, it's really pretty simple. Having been a distance runner all my life, it's not hard for me to tell my brain to stop eating donuts and get your a$$ in some running shoes fatty! HA.. What I do is measure myself once a week (as if i'm doing a body fat measurement) and then keep track. I also run with a watch and my phone set with the Runkeeper app. This way I can track progress and make sure i'm progressing. Then I also bike too (read above) and make sure to keep track of my progress there. The only thing I do not do (and have never done) is keep track of calories. For me, it's pointless. Donuts bad, apples good. Eat healthy and do cardio, you'll lose weight. Simple. No need to track what you're eating if you know you're not filling your belly with salt/sugar/junk food.

Losing weight IMO is mostly mental. Live for a few weeks on the verge of feeling hungry every minute of the day and you'll see the weight fall off. Go to bed slightly hungry and train your mind to get used to that feeling and it'll start to feel normal and you'll stop thinking about it. 3 weeks ago I could eat like nobody's business. Now I'm eating half of what I used to eat for dinner and i'm FULL!

Where are they moving to?
They were in University Place and are moving to ghetto ass south Tacoma way. Well, right behind it anyway. I don't know why they would leave a nice area like UP to end up in south Tacoma? Maybe it is for more traffic or to save money on expensive UP rent? To be honest the best thing we ever did here at Porsche was move away from South Tacoma Way. Customers don't like going down to that part of town.

More space maybe? Never saw there old shop... But these warehouses are dang good size especially for a Honda shop lol

Traffic will be null, were on a dead end in a little barren pocket back here, like 6 businesses here on Burlington.

That's like us. We're at South Lake Union right now but we're moving to SoDo. Our customer's aren't super happy but we really need the space.
