Are you stretching before working out? You need to stretch before and after. Foam rollers are great too!

We did step ups in gym class yesterday for three minutes straight, and no, we didn't stretch. That could be why. I need to do that.

Kind of sounds like a kidney stone. Happened to me before. Had a stone obstructing the flow of urine. Physically couldn't piss. Sucked. Hope she gets better soon!

I had my first one in fifth grade. They still tell me I'm too young to be getting them.

It's all in how your body processes things. Particularly salts, carbonation from cokes, and sugar.
