Your body looks good to meD'awwwwww :
But I'm talking about body-wise.
No pain no gain! You should have smeared it across your face like warpaint and let out a Rambo yell.Cut my finger pretty bad on a cam lobe in class today. Got blood all over the place.

Lmfao, didn't really hurt and I didn't realize it was bleeding till I pulled it out of the cylinder and there was a huge glob all over my two fingers and on the floor. Lol. it was everywhere. I have so many scratches and s**t on my arms and hands. I love it.Your body looks good to me
I haven't seen enough of it to judge, but you know...

Busted knuckles are all part of the game, unfortunately (that is, unless you're my brother in law.. dude comes out unscathed every time!). Burns are the worst, though.. I have burned myself several times because I'm too dumb to let the car cool off before I stick my hands near the exhaust manifoldLmfao, didn't really hurt and I didn't realize it was bleeding till I pulled it out of the cylinder and there was a huge glob all over my two fingers and on the floor. s**t man, I don't touch anything when it's hot. Burned myself enough times on my exhaust because I warm the engine up before I do an oil change to let it flow better. Now I warm it up and wait an hour.Busted knuckles are all part of the game, unfortunately (that is, unless you're my brother in law.. dude comes out unscathed every time!). Preach it! It's the worst when you whack your knuckles when it's cold....Busted knuckles are all part of the game, unfortunately (that is, unless you're my brother in law.. dude comes out unscathed every time!). Yeah, clothes hide a lot But I'm honestly working on it. Which reminds me, I want to put together a conditioning schedule for myself. When I used to train horses, that was what I did (3 days of flat work and excerises, 1-2 days of jumping and gridwork and fit one day of endurance in there).I feel like the same idea would work with people, and I do better on a schedule.Your body looks good to me

Well, most people do a structured regime, and change it up every few weeks (your muscles grow accustomed to a set workout, and require change in order to grow). For instance, my roommate goes 6 days a week for an hour or two a day. Mondays are chest, Tuesdays are arms/biceps, Wednesdays are legs, Thursdays are back, Friday is arms/upper body again, Saturday is an all-around/cardio/stamina training. He does about 15 minutes of cardio before every day, as well. For me, I do lots of cardio, and haven't really started lifting much yet. I run/ride a lot, cause I want to get rid of love handles/loose b/s. Swimming is probably the ultimate all-around workout, though. If you have access to a pool, swim as much as you can.Preach it! Any thoughts on this? I'm sure I should post this on the "fitness thread".
The issue is that it's meant to be temporary, so doesn't last long term. It's not bad at all for what it is, and can come out nice, but it doesn't last that long (I've had personal experience with this, on interior panels).People here have got creative with plasti dip. You can paint on top of it. They plasti dip a section then get some cutouts or something then paint them on. Looks neat to me. I see no problem plasti dipping anything. They have all different colors and different ways for the colors to look. Hell you can even have metal flakes in it.

See that's what I was thinking, but I don't have a specific "goal" in mind. I just want to be healthy and toned, but I don't have a weight or size goal necessarily. But I also do about 15 minutes of cardio before every workout. I also need to do yoga.... I need to strengthen, be more balanced and flexible...
