Not to be that guy, but if you're going to tell people to punctuate correctly, you should do that yourself.Do us all a favor and please read rules and use the search functions before posting. Also, I hope in the future you pay a little more attention to detail and spell & punctuate correctly.

OP, simply put, go to tinypic.com and upload your image there. Take the direct link with the file extension at the end, and put them between image tags like this:

An ampersand is NOT a punctuation but a logogram, which is a symbol representing a word or phrase for the sake of shorthand. In regards to actual context, that is the correct way to use an ampersand although it was not an exact quote from the referenced section being spelled out with the "and" instead.
