Hi I'm from chicago bought a 03 civic lx stick 1.7 natural aspired lowered via lowering coils slapped some enkei wheels 17" and some hid's so far I had to get t driver side painted and a new rear bumper putted on and got the enkeis painted green. Next ummm idk that's where you guys the experts come to play hahaha hope to get help on ideas like I said I am a manager at a respectable repair shop but most of my friends own European but I just can't afford a European car pluss Hondas are way more fun lol

Have owned many European cars and none were more expensive in comparison to my Civic until my current one which is because it is 10 years newer.

Lol. Ok, guys question what do I need to do to have quick release steering wheel I think that's my next step

Disconnect the air bag and pull the steering wheel and get a new wheel and a quick release with an adapter

second. ditch the HIDs.. there's nothing worse than driving down the street and having headlights blasting your eyes because some turd put HIDs in projector housings.
third. why do you want a quick release wheel? for the rice factor?
