Looking for ideas and suggestion on my build, I have a 2000 civic si. I'm looking for anything between 350-425whp with about a $3000 budget. As it sits 12:1 cr bored .20 over, at about 220 whp. I'm not sure if I want to boost it yet, still I'm the air this is my Dailey driver and I'd have to do extra work, Any ideas suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Yup. I was going to go all out on the top end have it ported polished 3angle ect, build an all motor monster and run itbs but Daily itbs wouldn't be the best I don't want to have to have 15 different tunes to run it. Thought about charging it but I know eventually wear and tea could break it down piece by piece, I figured if I did charge it id run 6-8lbs I also figured out how to run a full turbo kit brand new for 800 bucks, if you buy the eBay gt35 you can actually get te true gt35r internals for 500 and run the hell out of it. Sorry man I'm venting my heads a mess lol idk what to do. Pretty sure I want to build the top end but if only be pushing 300-325 ad pretty much maxed out on my budget

Any engine can run boost AND be reliable as any factory turbo'd car.. Just requires good parts and GREAT tune..

Judging from your ebay response, boost is not for you.

.......you're going to need boost. You're not about to make a 350+whp all motor B20vtec

Lmao. It's something I just recently picked up, apparently it seem to work well got someone that got 8k miles on his eBay turbo he bout the true internals for 500 rebuilt it.

Probably Frankenstein. But I've seen good and bad with that and I'm no turbo expert, will not lie, this will be my first turbo. Idk if I should have fabed or prefabed mani, hks bov, Mishimoto inter.

If you ran a K20a2, you still wouldn't be able to build it to break 350whp all motor. A built K24, yeah. But at that point, you'd have to decide between a proper built B series turbo, versus a nicely built K24 because the costs start to average out to be the same.

Well I'm on the course to a built turbo so I might as well go for it, I've got a Brian crower stroker kit on it already, so build top end like skunk stage 2 cams, stage 2 steel retainers valve springs, 3 angle, upgrade intake mani, k tuned fuel rail, 660cc injectors , aem ecu, fpr, walboro 255 anything else I should look into?

I'm already aware I need a turbo kit. Who exactly to look into and what size I'm not 100% on I'll take suggestions on that, I'm familiar with Garret + blitz hopefully they have kits avail.

I've got a borla high flow on it now, better suggestion?
borla high flow what? exhaust? catalytic converter?

you want to boost, use a 3" exhaust. Have you tried "searching" ? A boosted B series is beyond ancient in the honda world.
