’93 4 door Honda Civic part info

I need to know the name of a part http://yfrog.com/j910003971j in my ’93 4 door Honda Civic. This is the part that controls the fuel injection to the carburetor when the a/c compressor starts, that is, when the a/c is turned on this part activates and accelerates the car a little in order to keep the appropriate RPM, avoiding the car to turn off when not moving. I live in venezuela, the trim level is LX 1500 cc automatic transmission, and i am not sure if this is the number but that is what the papers say: model EG862PP, thank you for your attention.
