00 civic ecu fuse blows

I have a honda civic 2000 with a d15b swap its stocj right now my FI EM or ecu fuse keeps blowing idk why some times it wont blow but it oes within minutes i turn my key to give it power snd the fuse will just blow?? Any reasons why need help ASAP

If you performed the engine swap then check all the wiring. If a shop did it, take it to them. You must have a short or bad connection somewhere.
