well...i have the eibach prokit and kyb agx struts wth 205 45r17. i havent gotten the rear bumper yet so it doesnt sit to low in the back. is it possible to put a tow hitch on without dragging my ass? and is my sohc strong enough to pull it? the engine is pretty stock..i got an intake and exhaust, but thats about it. so can anyone tell me, can i tow a jet ski?

a jet ski doesnt sound like it would be too strenuous.....I would think you would be able to...but do so at your own risk....remember.. civic's were not made to tow things..

you can, but not recommended. honda have one of the worse tq or hp ratio for cars. pulling stuff is not the best thing. with 17 and that weight of the jet ski, you will have a hard time. do you have a stick or auto? if there is a lot of traffic lights or stop n go, its better to have auto. autos have better low end tq then manuals.

We've towed another Si with our Si.. We just took it slow and easy. There was no problems.

I have an automatic 99' Civic EX. I wouldn't tow anything with mine. I picked up a 93' Nissan pickup for $1200 to do my towing and hauling. If you look around, you can find a cheap truck. Check the local classifieds.

yes definently, i put a hitch on my car and tow mine to the lake during summer, very easy to pull

I have seen a hitch for a civic on sale somewhere before, its only a jet ski guys..... If a civic can haul around 4 200lbs guys then he should be ok.
