01-03 Civic Power Outlet

I just had a question on if there is such thing as an adapter or converter so i could use a car charger to plug into the 12V power outlet becuz mine doesnt seem to fit into it..but im sure if it was a cigarrette lighter plug would be easier...any help.. basically tryna see how to use the interior power outlet in 01-03civic

Yes thats what im askin...its not a cigarette ligther plug i have a 12v power outlet...so im guessing i need a power converter/inverter to plug into the power outlet which comes with an output to put in a car charger...any1 understand?
