Have a top of the line (back in it's day ~2008) Kenwood flip out screen in mine. I have been very happy with it.

I would bet that asking what is a good brand is going to get you as many different answers and opinions as asking which oil is good to use. Everyone has their own favorites.

Alpine in dash touch screen in my EM2. absolutely love it. I had a JVC that served me well for a few years as well.
