03 civic emergency flasher button doesn't light up

Can anyone tell me how to remove the button from the dashboard? It's a 2003 civic ex. I'd like to put a new bulb in the switch. But I can't get the thing out

Thanks RonJ. I had this thing almost off today. But I knew I was missing the bolts. Just couldn't figure out which ones. There's several to choose from. I knew if I kept at it blind, I'd probly break something. This time I feel confident I'll get there.

Let me know whether you also need diagrams for removing the lower covers, glove box, and/or shift lever trim.

What's the ECM/PCM idle learn procedure, that's mentioned in step 5, of the installation? Is it necessary? If the car idles, and runs flawlessly?
