I'll be putting an Alpine deck in my 05 EX, I'd like to see pics of anyone who has the Metra 7897 dash kit in the car, angle views would be good. I'd like to keep my OEM pocket below the radio, it looks like the 7897 will allow this, and the 7899 kit eliminates it. But I want to see what angle the radio sits at, because I bought the Metra kit for a 1998 LX and the radio sat at a very horrible angle to the driver, it ends up facing straight ahead and up. I wound up putting the Alpine down in the stock CD spot above the cup holder, that worked out great. I don't want the same thing to happen in this car. If the radio sits at a better angle with the 7899 kit than the 7897, then I'll lose the OEM pocket and get the 7899, but I'd rather not. Can anyone help me out?

yep...they are made to look stock.
but some kits that are suppose to lok stock look like ass
I got that one in our 04. It looks way better then other kits. I'll post up some pics tomorrow.
