'05 Coupe EX Driver's Seat issue

So I've had a problem with the driver's seat on my '05 EX coupe. In hard turns (right or left), I hear a loud thud or clunk near the seat rails. I don't think it really "rocks", but feels like it comes off the rail tooth when I throw some weight at it.

My particular Civic's VIN is outside the TSB for the 'rocking driver seat', so I'm baffled. I took the seat out to investigate the bushings, and found that half of the bushings were replaced with a non-washer/nut assembly. This apparently was the fix that honda did to cars after a certain VIN in 2005s.

Anyone else feel this issue with late-VIN 2005s?

I ended up replacing the parts associated with the TSB and fixed the issue! Although my vin was outside of the TSB vehicles, it still was affected by the failed bushing parts.

The only difference was that I needed to purchase 4 of each of the three repair parts instead of the 6-6-4 quantity perscribed in the TSB. That's because one of the screw/bushing/bolt assemblies on each side of the seat was removed. This is critical information for any 2005 Civics outside the VIN range of the TSB.
