i have a question refering to the 06 and up civic si rear seats from the sedan model. i was wondering if it is possible to get those to fit in my 2000 coupe. i've seen only one civic with them but he bought the car with them already installed and i couldn't get ahold of the origional owner. so, can this be done or is it gonna be better in the long run to just have my rear seats recovered in the same style?

thanks.

thanks for the link. but i noticed the question wasn't answered if it left any gaps and if it was a direct bolt on. do i need to do anything to get these to fit right or are they direct fit with no mods?

thats why i'm asking if i need to do any mods or if everything is a direct fit. i have a guy with a perfect set that i could pick up for a pretty good price. i just need to know if they need to be modded to latch. from the pic that's in the link posted, it doesn't appear to have any gaps.

hmmmm.. i might look into some base model gray ones.

and for the record.. if they do fit perfectly.. are you saying the rear interior of a 08 sedan is the same size as a 00 coupe? thats funny.

They do not fit directly in. The bottoms fit snugly. The passenger side split fits good. The driver side split does not fit in where the locking latch is at. Definitely going to have to do some kind of modifications there...just have figured out how to do that yet
