faqk man i did a shitty ass run. i did 14.5 @ 109MPH. shouldnt i be in the 12's? with that range of mph?

with your MPH, you should at least be in the LOW 13's to mid 12's with a good 60' time and good driving.

Heh I went to the track today for the first time EVER... and ran 16.4 @ 86 mph and 16.7 @ 84.17 mph.... I can't complain for first time lol. There was a lambo at the track... ran high 12's...

well if you got money get some lensos and go with 24.5 in slicks but i guess any kind of slicks will help your traction issues,lol.

if you have never driven on slicks, i would suggest getting drag radials first...
to be honest, work on your launch and your shifting...

your mph = 12's
your 60 ft & mph = 14's

hondas tend to have higher mph for the times they run. basically a fact of owning a torqueless motor compared to other.

i bet your just spinning tires for the first couple gears if your only getting 14's and your trap speed is in 109's, get stickier tires ASAP for sure

but the good thing about your times is if someone ask you "what time does your car run" and you said just 14's they'll be thinking this easy kill but when you smoke them then you can tell them i ran "14's but i trap at around 109's" oh the look in their face would be priceless
