I have a half cubic foot enclosure that will take a 10 inch sub. I have 100 dollars and was wondering what would be my best bet? i already have a sony xm7547 in my car.

Thanks

you match the sub to the box, not the other way around.

then look for a sub that requires that kind of airspace. otherwise just build a new box. not that big of a deal. especially one that small.

You should check out Boss Audio and their Blade series of subs. A good place to shop is at onlinecarstereo.com

I don't have subs, but I did buy 2 set of Boss 6 1/2 speakers and a head unit. The speakers have great specs, sound good, and were cheap. My head unit will be here Friday, but is loaded with features for only $65.

whats wrong with the sony u got? i would try that in, because i remember checking out specs on the 10" put in my camaro. i needed a sub that would go well into the box i had, the box was really small because it was built into the side of the trunk. the specs on teh sony was good for small enclosures. i just know that the sony was a rather new model and about 375RMS.
