First the basics, its an 88 CRX, never been salvaged is a drag car that is streetable but isnt taken on the Streets, we run a category down here in the Dominican Republic where its FWD with any amount of modifications limited only by 25x8-13 slicks. The car has a full interior the only thing missing is the AC system but the full stock interior is there. One of our main drawbacks right now is the track itself, it’s not very good, cars from other countries drop up to .5 seconds from their regular E/T here.
Anyway We have the following in the car right now:
• B16a
• JE Pistons (9.0:1, I believe)
• Eagle Rod's
• VTi Cam's
• Port and Polished head (not sure to exactly what dimensions)
• Stock Crankshaft (what are the benefits of billet?)
• Custom Intake manifold and Exhaust pipe that exits in front of the passenger side tire
• T3/T4 (looking to upgrade any suggestions to push the car up to 450 without nitrous would be nice)
• Tial Wastegate boosting 20 PSI (limited by spring will upgrade soon)
• 255LPH Walbro pump
• Our slicks are only 24.5 but they should be upgraded to 25 pretty soon.
• Nitrous at 50HP right now, will be 100 soon (how do we know how much the engine can take?)
• HP Racing Exhaust manifold
• Bigger Throttle Body unsure how much
• Suspension is off-brand coil-overs all over tied down springs (550lb. in the front)(800lb. in the back) stock springs though.
• 1000CC injectors
• AEM EMS ECU
Things I know the car needs:
• Traction bars for the front
• A chassis specialist to make the body more rigid (hoping to drop 60ft. times to 1.4-1.5)(what does this entail though?)
• A Full racing flywheel, we only have the stock one but balanced.
• Intercooler Sprayer has been ordered to cool the intake charge
• New, bigger turbo (suggestions)

With this setup we ran
1.85 60ft time
11.57 E/T @ about 128mph
Also we ordered a blowzilla GT40/t3 turbo but it might be too big, any opinions, we wantto install it but were afraid a GT35R would perform better.
All the gaskets are stocl honda aplications, and about 3mm was cut off the block to ensure a good flat surface since the head was very off level, are stock honda gaskets good enough? will there even be a noticeable difference in buying racing gaskets.
