Geico insured me in my first Civic without issues. Progressive is also good. Did you try any of these? Or look around for that matter?

You believe everything you hear? Why don't you ask the insurance companies for the truth?

Thread moved to off topic because it doesn't have a tech question.

Wouldn't it be a better idea to actually ask insurance companies in your area instead of posting on a forum which contains most members in the USA none of which work in insurance fields. Just sayin.

We do have a section on the site for his location, but the odds of anyone active enough to answer his questions, are pretty darn slim.

Yeah. Was thinking about that when I moved it. It will give it a better chance if it's in here rather than the ghost town that is the regional section.

The question would be answered quickly with a phone call to his local [insert your favorite company] insurance agent.

Plus there is no way to even tell him the answer. Say him and I were on the same company...our policies would be completely different. Unless there is a kid on here with the same record and history, driving the exact same car, and living in the same area it's impossible.
