1993 Honda civic worth?

I found a 1993 civic. Guys asking 1600. Needs a battery and tires. What is a fair price I should offer? Interior is an 8.5 out of 10. That's what I would rate it. Will post pics soon

what motor? any mods? paint ok? rust?

and people don't post prices for the hell of it. if he is asking $1600, more than likely he won't take much less. you can offer the difference in cost of tires and battery and see if he takes it.. but i'd imagine he has already factored that into his listed price.
